The Board of SuperGroup Plc ('SuperGroup') today announces that Susanne Given, Chief Operating Officer, has stepped down from the Board as a director with immediate effect and will leave the business in order to explore other opportunities.

Susanne joined the business in April 2012 and has been responsible for the UK Retail division together with central support functions. Over the last few years, the management team has been substantially strengthened so that these responsibilities can now be absorbed by the executive team with the heads of UK Retail, IT and Logistics reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, Euan Sutherland.

Peter Bamford, Chairman, commented:

Susanne played a crucial role in leading key investment programmes which have upgraded the infrastructure and processes of our business and were recently tested to the full over the peak Christmas trading period.
