Euan Sutherland

Euan was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in October 2014, having previously been an independent non-executive director and a member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees of SuperGroup. He is also a non-executive Director of Britvic plc. Euan has previously served as Group Chief Executive Officer of the Co-operative Group, Group Chief Operating Officer at Kingfisher Plc and as a non-executive director with the Co-operative Food Board. Prior to this he was Chief Executive of AS Watson UK, the owner of Superdrug. Euan has over 22 years’ experience within the retail sector having held roles with Boots, Dixons, Coca-Cola, Matalan and Mars.

Julian Dunkerton

Julian is Co-founder, Product and Brand Director at SuperGroup and has worked exclusively in the retail sector for over 28 years, co-founding the Cult retail chain from a market stall in Cheltenham and turning it into a successful retail chain. Together with James Holder, Julian established the Superdry clothing brand 12 years ago. Julian has a deep understanding of the Superdry brand, strong commercial instincts and a feel for its target customers, developed through his hands-on experience of building SuperGroup from the ground up.

Nick Wharton

Nick was appointed Chief Financial Officer of SuperGroup in June 2015. Nick was previously CEO of Dunelm Group plc and before that CFO of Halfords Group Plc. During his four years at Dunelm, Nick significantly strengthened the customer offer while at the same time creating a robust infrastructure, more sophisticated retail systems and a more advanced multi-channel proposition. In his eight year career at Halfords, he held both finance and strategy roles and led the separation process from its former owner, The Boots Company, in preparation for the IPO of Halfords in 2004. Prior to this, Nick worked in senior finance positions at Boots Opticians, Boots Healthcare International, Do-it-All Limited and Cadbury Schweppes. Nick is a chartered accountant and has been a non-executive director of Mothercare plc since November 2013.

Andrea Cartwright

Andrea joined SuperGroup in November 2012 as our first Human Resources (‘HR’) Director. Transforming the perception of the HR function across the business she has supported the fast paced growth agenda, doubling headcount and taking the Group into 15 different employment jurisdictions around the world. Prior to SuperGroup Andrea was Head of HR at Nationwide Building Society where she led significant change in their approach to reward, employee engagement and organisational effectiveness using innovative and award winning approaches to people management. She has previously held senior HR roles with AXA Life & Pensions, Barclays Banking Group and prior to that she was HR Policy Manager at Tesco PLC. Andrea also successfully ran her own independent consultancy business for almost nine years.

Nicole Smith

Nicole joined SuperGroup in August 2013 as Head of Global Merchandising. She is an international retail executive with significant commercial and operational experience across Fashion, Home, and Beauty product areas with 15 years at senior leadership level. Prior to joining SuperGroup Nicole was International Director at Monsoon Accessorize responsible for growing the business to over 1,000 stores in 70 countries, developing and managing franchise partnerships and own retail opportunities. She also held roles as UK Buying and Merchandising Director and then as the International Merchandising Director at The Body Shop for seven years. Prior to that she was Vice President, GMM for DFS Galleria, a division of LVMH based in San Francisco.

Jon Wragg

Jon joined SuperGroup in April 2014 and is the Global Trading Director. Prior to that he held a number of positions at Asda Stores, including that of Multi-channel Director. As Multi-channel Director, Jon worked closely with Walmart’s Global e-commerce team based in San Bruno, California, and was therefore at the sharp end of much of the e-commerce innovation that took place in Silicon Valley. Prior to Asda, Jon worked at ShopDirect Group, where he held several senior positions including Buying and Merchandising Director and New Business Development Director. Jon played a key role in the early years of transforming ShopDirect from a paper based retailer into a major e-commerce player.

Paula Kerrigan

Paula was appointed Transformation Director in August 2015. She has over 20 years’ experience in developing retail businesses both in the UK and internationally. She has a strong record of leading development and implementation of strategies for growing and mature organisations including organic start-ups, joint ventures and acquisitions. Her career has spanned finance, strategy and transformation implementation. Prior to joining SuperGroup she was Chief Strategy Officer at the Co-operative Group. Paula spent the majority of her career at Kingfisher plc, including spending 9 years growing Kingfisher’s businesses in Taiwan, China, South Korea, Poland and Turkey.

Nick Tatum

Nick is Global Retail Director at SuperGroup having joined in November 2015. Prior to that, Nick worked for Tesco Stores in both the Operations and the Commercial function. In Operations, Nick held both field and central roles, covering all new store openings, change plans and trade planning for all UK and Republic Of Ireland stores. Whilst in the Commercial function, Nick held two Category Director roles accountable for all aspects of the customer proposition. Recently Nick created the Commercial strategy for Tesco Stores covering, range, price, buying models and structure, giving him valuable commercial insight to balance with his operational experience.

Hugo Adams

Hugo joined SuperGroup in November 2016 as Group Marketing & Business Development Director. Previously Hugo was with Marks and Spencer (M&S) where, as Director of Property, he delivered a significant acceleration in the roll out of food stores as well as leading plans for reshaping the clothing store estate. Whilst at M&S he also held key roles as Chief of Staff to the CEO and Head of International Business Development & Strategy. Prior to M&S, Hugo was responsible for International Business Development and Global Marketing at Dyson, with focus being on the global expansion of the Dyson brand. Hugo has also held senior positions in brand marketing for Kraft Foods and in merchandising for The Body Shop.
