Corporate Governance.

The Board is accountable for and committed to the highest standards of corporate governance. The Company was admitted to listing on the London Stock Exchange on 24 March 2010, and during the period prior to flotation, and in the time since, the Board has taken steps to establish appropriate and adequate corporate governance arrangements and to ensure that it is in compliance with the principles of the Combined Code on Corporate Governance, as published by the Financial Reporting Council in 2008 (Code).
