As at 20 August 2012, (the latest practicable date before publication of the Notice of Meeting), the Company’s issued share capital consisted of 80,234,590 Ordinary Shares carrying one vote each. Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company as at 20 August 2012 was 80,234,590.
